How Can pain In The Groin And Lower Abdomen Be Treated?

Hi l m 45 years old and l m tennis coach, one mouth ago l was doing fitness and skipping rope than l had a pain in my groin and lower abdomen this pain is bothering me during playing tennis and standing up I feel pressure inside.l went to doktor and check my hernia by hand and Ultrasonografy found nothing l got still pain what Do you thing about it

Hi,

I think an X-ray or MRI is better for hernia evaluation.

Visiting an orthopedic doctor is better. Another possible cause is overstretched or overused muscles.

Meanwhile, take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Naproxen for pain relief. Have rest as much as possible.
